Homemade Raw Dark Chocolate!

This healthy option to regular chocolate provides usable energy and healthy fats for the body. Coconut oil is a good source of medium chain fatty acids, easily usable for the body as energy and for the brain to perform under pressure. I used to make this regularly when I was studying naturopathy. During exam periods or late nights, I used it to give my brain and body an energy boost.....great for times of intense concentration!
If you are very sensitive to cocoa, don't eat this late afternoon or evening or it may delay your sleep.
1 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup raw cocao
3 tbsp raw honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Optional - 1 cup chopped nuts
Pour all ingredients into a flexible pan and set in the fridge for approx 3 hours.
